Saving YouTube Videos

Have you ever wanted to download YouTube videos so you can watch them later?  Or maybe you are like me and your school blocks YouTube?  I have a great solution for you!  Watch my latest video and I'll teach you how to do it - it's really so simple!  Just ignore all my umms and the strange ads at the bottom of one of the screens!

Did you see those ads?  Sorry about that!

Here is that Apple VGA connector from Amazon that I use for my iPhone and iPad, if you are interested.  It helps me show PDFs from my iPad or phone on my projector all the time.

  1. That is great to know! My student teacher was just asking about this the other day. I'll have to share this post with her. Thanks!

  3. THANK YOU so much! We also block youtube and I don't have a phone. (I know!) I have been using something else, but it is a couple of steps...download it, convert it and then find it! (And I accidentally deleted a whole slew of video clips when I wanted to get rid of the first page of them only...no 'undo' button, either!)

Going to try this right away. Great tip!

  11. I'm pretty sure it works on all computers. You can read through the faqs of savefrom.net to see the other ways to download. I hope it works for you!

    1. Yup! iPhone and iPod Touch! My nano has a different connector, so that one wouldn't work. But the kids wouldn't need to see that screen anyway.

  15. Just spent a few hours (of fun!) setting up a dropbox account and downloading Sesame Street fairy tales and Mother Goose clips. Can't wait to share them with the kids!
